KB Horse Camp is a Christian-based facility in Hahira, Georgia run by Kim and Brian McGhee. KB offers lessons, camps, parties, rodeo team, training, and hauling. Lessons include riding, roping, barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying. Camps offered are rodeo, summer, spring break, week-long and day camps. The KB rodeo team competes in Southern Junior Rodeo Association sanctioned rodeos throughout South Georgia and North Florida.
Kim’s love for rodeo and horses led her to start putting on camps for kids. She enjoys teaching personal lessons about roping and barrel racing. Kim believes that horses kept her out of trouble when she was younger. When she’s not working with kids, she is on the road competing, traveling as far as Michigan to compete. She likes meeting new kids and teaching them about the sport of rodeo.
Brian competed successfully in the Georgia High School Rodeo Association, winning the All-Around title two years in a row. Today, in addition to helping with the KB Horse Camps, he is a successful trainer and hauls livestock across the U.S.
